Welcome to Selling Eden

When I first started out in real estate, I worked as a Transaction Coordinator for a successful team in Arizona. I got to see how the luxury market works, but I also learned how many agents like to cut corners and look out for themselves. As a millennial, I also saw how many of my peers felt trapped in the real estate world, unable to buy a home and take that next step due to the rising housing costs.

This is where Selling Eden came to life. I wanted to help people find their "Eden". While yes, it is also my name, it is also an idea. That perfect place where everything is just right. The place you get to make your home. Part of selling "Eden" is understanding how to create an "Eden". I can't change house prices or interest rates, but I can be creative and practice in my pursuit of my client's goals.

Story Time

Just recently, one of my clients is bring $0.00 to the closing table- that includes the down payment, the title fees, and the earnest money. We did that with the help of an excellent loan for our veteran and some strong negotiating for seller concessions making this home buyer's dream a reality. While some may say buying a home is unaffordable, $0.00 down sounds pretty affordable to me and their monthly payment is equity they are building in their home instead of paying someone else's mortgage. They are creating wealth. They are moving into their "Eden" without sacrificing their peace or joy.
